Attention to all parents out there i have paid my sons membership for two years on runescape which is affiliated with jagex and this company is out of the country. I have paid two years worth and recenlt last week another payment. Now the email reads his acc ount is locked i sent these people an email and to my suprise n o response where are they? Why wont they contact the consumers back? We pay them! For thier services and they have no respect to contact me or anyone else. JAGEX YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR CONSUMERS!!! Or are you to bad and tough or scared
