Free trial with no cancel link, support will not help

View Yahoo full profile & all complaints

Anyone thinking of signing up for the "free trial" of Yahoo Unlimited Music: don't! There is no link to cancel your free trial, and "customer service" will not help you cancel! You will be billed for the entire year. I have been fighting with "customer service" for two weeks now and have achieved nothing.
