Ebay and paypal are associated with each other so when they tell you they're not, it's a lie! I had purchased and sold many items in the past through ebay but finally realized that their fees meant I had basically given away the items sold. Eventually, if you purchase enough things you are gonna get scammed. It happened to me and when i started to apply for a refund from ebay / paypal, it was as if i had asked for the titanic to be raised. I received my refund six months later minus $25.00 from each item after many phone calls and emails. Ebay no longer post it's contact info. Good luck trying to reach them. I hope another competitor comes along and puts these guys out of business. I am no longer a customer of either ebay or paypal.
