I placed an order with Medi-Spastore.com on Mar 22; 01:29: 24am PST. They partially shipped my order, sending one out of eight items. It is now May 22nd and I have still not recieved the rest of my order.
I have requested a refund of my money on a couple different occassions. Thay have requested me to call their customer service line, where I recieve a recording saying that their number must have been dialed wrong. I have tried to dial the same number and double checked that I have gotten the number right. I have dialed the right number, but still I get the same recording.
I have recieved an e-mail from them on May 12 6:37 AM saying that they would refund my money. I responded asking them to refund my credit card. I have still not recieved that refund. I have tried asking again, but still no refund and now I am getting no response.
