During a grooming at Petco, my dog had to go to the vet to get her eyelid stitched up. I can understand that things happen. I was told to bring back the vet bill after paying it and Petco would refund me. That was last week, so after waiting six days without hearing from Petco, I called today and was told that it may take up to six weeks to get my $200.00 refunded. Is Petco looking for bad PR and complaints like this? My dog was hurt at their business, and now they think they can hold my $200 for a month and a half. Beware. If it happened to me, it may happen to you.
