Benefits Administration Takeover By AON Hewitt Has Been A Nightmare

AON Hewitt is the worst company I've ever had dealings with. They took over our benefits administration on July 1 and it's been nothing short of a nightmare.

The staff is clueless and can offer nothing but false information.
