This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with (even worse than Comcast). Their customer service department employees are the most evil and uncaring/unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with. I was not given proper credit for a deposit, and I am currently still on hold while I am writing this. It has now been over 30 minutes of hold time according to the time counter on my phone. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Bank of America - they seem to pride themselves in providing the worst customer service possible. I cannot wait to switch banks.
Do not do business with this company - find another local bank and you will be much better off.
