Cancellation Attempted Hours After Order, Emails Bounced and Phone Unanswered

I ordered frames, 6 hours later I tried to cancel. Emails bounced, they don't answer telephone calls on the 800 number and Paypal says they are overseas and they can offer no protection. It's a scam operation from Israel via China. They have no return policy etc
