Total scam. You think they are in the USA. They are in Israel with an 800 number manned by one pathetic creature who cries when you yell. He'll tell you he has to speak to a manager and then they will return the money on 30 days but then they can't put that in writing. YOU ARE NOT DEALING WITH AN USA COMPANY AT ALL! You have no recourse, consumer protection or service.
