Promised $30 Unlimited Calling, Bill Rose to $38.26 Without Explanation

When I went w/MetroPCS I was to receive unlimited local and national calling for $30.00 a month. One week after I received a notice my bill would be $38.26 with no explanation. Since than my bill has been up & down like a yo-yo. I would like a physical Corporate address to start my paper work and than contact State agencies.
