Kaspersky"s Anti-Virus and Best Buy
Antivirus Bought Elsewhere Blocked From Installing on Computer

In June Best Buy removed a virus and installed Kaspersky. In 2012 I renewed Kaspersky from Best Buy. In June I purchased Kaspersky from a source other than Best Buy and now Best Buy is blocking that installation. Is there such a thing as a Best Buy virus installed in my computer that is blocking the 3013 Kaspersky anti-virus?
