Stanley Steemer
Quoted $99 but Billed $190, Workers Helped Themselves to Food

We had Stanley Steamers in our house last year,
the price was not as it was advertised in the Billings Paper when they came they were not business like,
and untrained and clueless on carpet cleaning,
we went outside to feed the animals, and came in and they
workers helped themselves to milk and peanut butter sandwiches,

The price was told to us it would be 99.00 and when they finished it was 190.00 for our 3 bedroom house dining room and hallway, family room when asked they said the master bed was 3 rooms because of the
bathroom and closet, (masterbed bath) is a room and (closet is a room) and they didnt even move anything, we figured the aprox sq. feet and it was 550 for what they cleaned,

We called and talked to John in Bozeman and he used some real choice words on us
