I ordered a DYSON vacuum on Dec 3. I had it shipped to a place of business. I was not at the place of business when it arrived. It did not need a signature to be delivered but UPS took it upon themselves to do an address correction. They found another person with a name similar to mine and shipped it to MD. 2 states away! It was intended to be delivered to Delaware! They found a random address with a similar name and left it on "her" front porch but could not leave it at my place of business because I wasn't there! This was intended to be a Christmas gift. I have made several calls to UPS and Kohl's to resolve this issue. Neither would help me. Kohl's told me that I needed to contact UPS. UPS told me I needed to contact KOHL's neither company will agree to error and correct it. KOHL's told me that if I wanted a vacuum by Dec 25 I needed to place an order for another one but they will NOT credit my account for the lost one until a 2 to 3 week investigation on the "missing package" has been completed! They want me to spend another $455 to make my Christmas complete! They want now $900 of my money when I don't even have the first issues resolved. This was suppose to be a SANTA gift. My children still believe as of today. Thanks KOHL's for ruining the spirit of Christmas!
