I just ate at Longhorn s in Roswell, GA twice this week. I love good steak and will never eat there again. Even though I ordered medium rare bone in rib-eye and got medium rare, it was the most dried out flavorless steak I have had in years. The butter was not and the bread tastes like it has been frozen and is reheated. It has probably been 20 years since they had deceit food.
If I ever want a steak like that again I will just pick up a rib-eye at the store and take it home and microwave it along with some Wonderbread slavered with cooking oil. I'm sure that would be just as good as my Longhorn experience.
At one time many years ago Longhorn had very good food. It was a joy to eat there. The hamburgers were among the best in Atlanta and the steaks were marbled, juicy and tasty. Even the bread was good and they had real butter.
