On sept 17 my wife and I went to McDonalds on Galvin rd, Bellevue Nebraska. At 8 pm. There was a teen in front of us. Getting a pop and fries, the place was empty except for a few teens drinking pop. The counter person acted like she was on something. Staring up at the ceiling. She went over to get the teen his fries and just stood there putting fries in the container then emptied the box out. She did this three time. Even the teen getting the pop and fries was wondering what was wrong with her. We stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone, ANYONE to take are order. Never happened. The night manager told her to check out, he didn't even look at us! He then walked away. I looked at my wife at we left, the teen in front of us was still waiting for his fries as we drove away. Great non service. We didn't have it are way!!
