Had the phone service installed for my elderly mother 8/8 and was told modem would be shipped to residence. Frist shipment was lost, rec'd replacement in late August. Detected no DSL signal and called it in. Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES. FInally had service tech out on 10/31 and he fixed "Jumpers" in basement of high-rise building. Mother didn't realize until next morning that he had disconnected the landline phone. Made another service call, tech came out on 11/5 and fixed landline but disconnected internet saying that we needed 2 lines for that service. OMG is U-Verse for real? Can someone shoot me and put me out of my misery?
