Hello, my name is James Preston, Plumbing by Preston inc. St. Pete. Florida, On tuesday, Nov 7th, brighhouse business solutions was supposed to drop my 2nd line (because i never used it) but instead shut off my main number and then repaetedly tried to tell me, that it was me that shut it off and did something to the line, i spoke to prob 3 different guys at customer service and then they said it was gonna take 4 hours to turn back on, and then it was even longer because they kept insisting I was the one that shut it off, are you kidding me? I lost business that night and i advertise emergency service
