One of our cars (Mercedes E-350) had the Sirius Radio servide as part of the purchasing package for a limited time period which we enjoyed.
After one short time as subscribers we decided to cancell our membership.
Despite of having requested several times fo rthe cancellation of the "account" (#109991333387) Sirius XM keeps charging our credit card.
Every time it happens I need to call them and to spend "hours" over the telephone in long calls during which they try to keep me hooked through discount offers and other tricks.
Today after 34 minumtes on thephone I could not get a supervisor to get to "cancell" once again what they so call "my account"
My goal is simple: I don't need their service and I dont wan't to continue bein pestered with their charges. This account should be cancelled for good.
