Horrible customer Service - Time Warne

On December 9th I called into the Customer support number to see if I could add phone service and maybe reduce my bill some. After getting transfered 3 times i finally got someone in sales. She quoted me $150 plus tax a month for Cable (HD teir, whole house DVR and 1 year of Starz) plus Road Runner, and phone service all for 1 year. OK, On January I recieved by bill and i almost passed out. My monthly charges were $260 This is crazy this kind of money to sit and watch stupid commercials. I then called went to my local office in Columbia, SC to fix this. Immediately i knew something was wrong when i saw the armed guard in the lobby, I guess to many people have come in there and raised a ruckus. Well i told the associate what had happened he immediately told me he couldn't help that i would have to call sales and fix it. So i went home called the Customer Line and went through the whole transferring my call from Dept. To Dept. Once i was tranferred to New York and the lady there said " I cant find your acct., where are you at" I said Columbia, SC She laughed and said no wonder this in New York. Finally i got someone in Atlanta, and she was helpful she stated that she was going to put in a request to have management pull the call and review to see if i was Quoted $150 and a management team would call me but it would take up to 3 weeks so until then i paid The $150 a month. Well 3 weeks came and went i paid 150 for 2 months no phone calls. Then on Friday March 16 i came home to no service. I was furious. My wife then called here we go the same transfering your call 4 times to get only someone who can't make a decision. She finally talked to Keisha and she was the most helpful so far. She pulled the records and saw all our attempts to fix this problem she stated she saw the request for management to pull our call, but that was as far as it went. So she then put in another immediate request for it to be done that night, and someone would call us the next day. Well suprise! It is now Thursday March 22 and no phone call yet. I guess Time Warner 's business Mission is " Keep giving the run around and eventually they will shut up and pay"
