I purchased a Westinghouse 32" TELEVISION for my next house. We applied it perhaps 2 breaks per month for 4 weeks. It was 30 days beyond the 90-day return policy for Costco plus they wouldn't change it. The thing is no image with-sound, that will be much like additional grievances for the product. I approached Westinghouse through Costco assistant services. Westinghouse directed me an upgraded Television and that I had thirty days to deliver the broken one back and set up $300 on my charge card just in case they didn't get the Television because period. Within 4 times I obtained another broken Westinghouse Television. I approached Westinghouse plus they explained to deliver back it to repairs plus they delivered me a packaging tag for that unique broken Television, no container or packaging material. I'm left as much as give you the container and packaging material. I'm really disappointed with Westinghouse and Costco for that method they've managed this issue. I'll be calling a customer team, like 7 in your corner within the Bay Region to try and solve. After 4 weeks I ought to be getting a new alternative Television not really a restored one. I'm wondering that'll never occur and so I won't actually buy another big-ticket product from Costco or any Westinghouse item actually and tell-all my loved ones friends to complete exactly the same.
