I've been a TW client since 1987. I actually have Fundamental, Regular, DTV, Road-Runner, two premium stations and DVR providers spending almost $200 monthly. For pretty much annually I've been experiencing issues with my DVR camera. Planned applications don't report and that I get communications that recommend me the funnel wasn't accessible (after I understand it had been) or set top was not able to report or following a plan was effectively documented I disappears in the listing of registered applications readily available for viewing. Additionally, HD stations and Prime-Time On-Demand is generally unavailable needing something re boot many times per week. After I named customer support I had been informed the DVR possibly needed changing. On Feb 04 a TW fix guy found the visit having a filthy, messy, used alternative DVR. While he connected the "new" DVR it didn't function. It was worse the one I'd. Please be aware that I don't have trouble using the fix males or customer support. Our issue is the fact that TW doesn't have fresh alternative equip and sends out fix males with defective supply. It's a waste of my period, the fix guyis time and usually an expensive proposal for TW. However, prices continue to increase, I get advertising calls atleast twice per month with presents to update my providers to incorporate the "triple-play" choices and automatic studies asking me how pleased I'm with possibly the client support phone or even the restoration support visit. TW somehow has got the cash to invest cash on advertisements providing exceptional wire services looking to get more customers but can't supply good providers/provide for their existing customer-base. I've been provided six months free DVR service as payment. That's not the problem, I'd like the support! I'd like fresh, operating components and trusted providers that I'm spending money on. Our sympathies towards the customer support representatives and fix males who're the leading point and who offer daily the disappointed clients of the company that will be basically a monopoly. No new components? Really? New clients get lower prices why don't you people?

Why have my prices improved from $167 in December to $175 in February to $191 in January? Where's the FCC to safeguard us? I have been informed that whole-house DVR support clients get new gear.
