Abusive Customer service rep (operator BZB)

Long Haul Comcast faithful client verbally abused & declined support infront of co-worker along with other clients at nearby office in Marshfield, Mother by an premature client representative (owner BZB)

On July 1 I'd a encounter below while spending my statement. There was a mistake on my stability, (recently downsized providers & had credit-which was not shown on bal. Due.) The male support representative (owner BZB) contacted me in the table. Hardly a minute after I asked concerning the mistake he rudely responded: "I am not likely to invest an time m you!' He continued to express 'last moment I invested 55 minute along with you & later you reported about me.' I stood there surprised as he insulted me watts a colleague & clients existing. Declining me support, he created me enter another representativeis point. Obviously he kept a grudge against me (the customer) for losing his period the last month! Yes, I invested time researching choices, determining which providers to alter etc. I switched in wire boxes free of charge plugs to save $. Once house, the CC technology department could not trigger them (owner BZB didn't enter required rules,) creating us a lack of wire for just two times! Who ought to be angry over lost time & mistreatment???
