I called DirecTV tonight to have them cancel some channels that I had a special promotion on. The automated systems says to push this number for changes in your programming. So I did and when I finally get to a human being I get told she needs to transfer me. I said are you kidding me this is the number the automated system tells me to push. All she could say was I am sorry. Do they know how frustrating this is when you want to speak to a human being and you get these automated systems. Now your mad because you have just spent 5 mins trying to get to a human being and you need to be transferred. Now I am frustrated and I tell the representative dont ask me any questions all I want to do is cancel a special promotion I had. He says is there a reason why? At this point all i could say is do you not know how to follow directions. I just said please do as I ask and dont ask any questions. He doesn't stop there he just keeps asking me questions. I finally told him I have grand kids who can follow directions better than he can and I wish there was cheaper cable services out there because I would be switching. Then I have had the same package for 4 months. No changes and my bill has not been the same in the last 4 months. This isn't the first time this has happened. Then trying to get quotes on bundle packages. You won't get 2 people to tell you the same thing. Their stories dont even come close. I dont know if anyone watches the show Undercover Boss. The CEO of this company was on there. What a joke? Did anyone else see this episode? I would like to hear from anyone else out there who has DirecTV. I would love to hear what you have to say or if you have any good experiences.
