I'd togo thoough many requests and store. They did not have my proper telephone number despite the fact that offered it for them. They offered me individuals who couldnt help me. Many promps who could not support. Held transferring, kept showing me somebody might call-back to setup. Once they called back, they'd need me togo within the work-order again. It got me speaking with about 15 people, along with a boss, who'dnot recognize their customer support errors. They'd incorrect work-order, incorrect individual, plus some were rude to work well with. I'm really lacking rescheduling ten years of support for cable television. I'm not really a person to protest, but this pressed to some person I actually donot desire to be.
