First contact this year was them asking if I received a bill. I did not. Then they called again wanting me to update my credit card info that I NEVER gave them. That is why it wouldn't renew. Even after I told them on the phone that I did not want the service to be renewed they did so anyway. Multiple phone calls have done nothing but make me more angry. They finally shut off service but want me to pay for the partial service that I didn't ask for. Now they are going to send me to collections for that partial bill and late fees. Unfair!
