My xm radio channels were changed on 5/4 by the company and I had not been notified. I called the company and they told me I should have been notified. My call was transfered to another number, and was told by a recording I would have a wait of 6 minutes. After 15 minutes no one answered my call. There were many recorded messages, one which said I could print off the new channel numbers by typing in www.sirusxm.com/channelupdate. I was unable to locate the channelupdate. I called back the only number I had, and was told they could not help me. I explained the number they transfered me to did not answer the call and I could not find the channelupdate to print off the new station numbers. They Supervisior said they could not do anything to help me. I spent about 30 minutes on this call, and got no where. I still don't know what channels are what.

At another at another time in late 2010 I called to update my service and the person I gave the debt card information to input incorrect numbers and my service was shut off. I had to call again to get the service turned on my van again. Why aren't customers notified of changes? Why is the Customer Service so terrible? The attitude is, we got your money, and now good luck getting any help with any problems you have.
