Save money for bad service

My computer has never been the same since the switch from brighthouse cable. I wish, despite the 25% savings, I had never gotten this service. I have their fastest internet hook up, yet aol dial up from years gone by was quicker than this disgraceful service. I am locked in for 2 more years and will most likely pay the 179 bill to get rid of their shitty service. I was also spoken to in an extremely rude fashion by one of their business reps who refused to either give me a manager or to divulge his name. I was even billed installation despite their advertisement for free hook up. They will rip you off if you let them, so go over all bills with a fine tooth comb. They eventually paid for the instalation, but only after I complained. Not a very trustworthy business. The T. V also has problems as when you turn channels it takes 2 seconds for the new channel to appear. My phone is working well, thank goodness being that the phone business is their specialty. I own 1200 shares of their stock, but that may soon change as well.
