Operate out of this company. Our condo group just provides DirecPath for web and satellite company. Our web transpired July 6. I had been educated that DirecPath was doing focus on my building. After I still didn't have online sites on June 8, I named DirecPath. I had been educated the fix have been created and also the solution was shut. I required a specialist to check on why I had been not up. Nevertheless, a specialist wasn't accessible till June 28, but I'd not be billed for online sites between June 6 and also the period the fix was finished. Since I have telecommute for my work, I really could not be without web. I terminated DirecPath support and went with Obvious.

Despite my regular characters to corporate everytime I've been charged and talking to numerous customer support supervisors, I'm still getting a payment plus overdue fees. On November 11, my satellite service was disconnected for nonpayment, despite the fact that I spend DirecTV for support, not DirecPath. I'm absolutely asking my lawyer tomorrow, because DirecPath was in violation of agreement to start with, and web isn't exactly the same problem as satellite support (2 individual agreements).
