I work for a trucking co. I am on call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week Our cell phones are thru Verizon. My issue is it is Friday my phone has been down since Monday when to the Verizon store in my area on Monday I was assured that my replacement would be here no latter than Wednesday. Well as I stated it is Friday still no phone. I went back to the store to find out that the phone was never ordered. So the sales rep informed me 2 of the same phone would be on the truck today between noon and two pm. It is now 3:35 pm and still no phone. Too bad we can not get out of our contract with Verizon. My advise to anyone do not use them. It is always I mean always water damage if the phone no longer works no matter if you live in the desert. Very disappointed. Sales reps @ the store where I am located are very unprofessional never will I advise anyone to us Verizon. Hope to get a phone soon
