Att was to install U-Verse today. TV, Phone and internet. A very nice man showed up right on time and walked through the house so he could see what was involved. Somehow, the signal is not outside in the ATT box. They don't know why and he has waited for three hours for them to fix it. Now, they sent a man to climb the telephone pole, and find that is not the problem either. They have disconnected my phone and I just sit here and wait. These are supposedly the experts. NOT
