I am paying for service I am not receiving

Direct TV advised me my agreement was twelve months, and that I might get a $20.00 regular refund, that we needed to combat for (I've a-1 year rent with my condo). Right after joining Strong TV they advised me after twelve months I'd be required to pay for the entire price, and that I was on the 2-year agreement!!! The support falls each month while for atleast 1-hour throughout their preservation. The support has needed in house repairs on atleast 4-5 events, and arrangement period before a technology may come out is 4-day! I'm spending money on support I'm not getting! I've advised them-this is undesirable, and that I wish to cancel support, however they stated I'll need to spend to stop.

Iam spending money on something that Iam not necessarily getting. Spoken stated conditions agreement stated are wrongly reported
