Worst service I ever had, do not buy

DON'T THINK in something client representative claims, they'll declare something to obtain you sign up and refuse it later. They provided me a totally free DVR update and stated there could be no change within the agreement, I registered for this simply to discover later that my contract got prolonged by twelve months. I couldn't stop my support due to the additional twelve months and I was informed I'm going to be billed $475 for early termination... I actually questioned them to check on the telephone conv (given that they claim they often report it), however the client representativeis state they do not ask them to and therefore are rude and response as though they do not care (because you have been in a deal anyways)... And along with it, cost rises when you're in the centre of the agreement...

They provided free HBO for a few months whenever we shifted, client repetition obviously explained that it'll come down after a few months and that I did not need to contact or do something... You know what. They never got it down and billed me for this for just one additional month... As well as the customer representativeis refuse stating that it'd come down instantly, evidently I'd to contact and stop...

Price: I'd their option bundle ($55 orginially, elevated to $59 today)... They cost $7 for DVR support, $7 for regular safety strategy (which should you choosenot consider you'll need to spend $75 for that service phone when you have any difficulties/concerns)... Whole involves around $79 including fees/month, THAT WILL BE NOT WORTH THE COST!

I ended my support the moment I had been from agreement.

Benefits: Offered them 2 stars since I seldom had any difficulties with party although not worth the cost, I am confident you'd get comparable/better party with different companies.

Cons: Anything. Costly when compared with others. Rude customer representatives. Laying client representatives.

Consensus: WORST SUPPORT I EVER ENDURED, DO NOT PURCHASE. Suggest choosing different companies if you should be buying, where you are able to improve support for less cost.

Should you still wish to opt for Strong TV (unsure why), be sure you study and also have them deliver you the conditions and terms.
