I requested a Becker DVD established on Dec. 8 (Our purchase # 49). I approached them by e-mail, their response was "We currently delivered your product please have patience it's the Vacation period so deals are getting longer than anticipated. Should younot obtained in 10 business-day, please let's understand. We shall deliver your product again having a tracking number. I tried calling them 2 more occasions, and not obtained the dvd collection, but was billed the $ 57.90. It's today July and that I believe it is same to suppose that I'm NOT likely to have them. I simply need my money-back!!!
