I rented redbox movies for my daughters birthday. Which was april 8 tried to return them redbox was broken. Called customer service said she would take the charges off. Didnt happen. Today went to bank to get money and they had taken out 72 dollars for the movies, so i called customer service spoke with robyn and a supervisor todd said couldn't do anything about it. Its a big rip-off. I discourage any one from using it.
