I would cancel if it were not $400.00

Terrible! I simply purchased a home, and named DTV for pricing. I had been advised to register for many "unique pricing" for that weekend... That was a whole month before we were to maneuver in. But I registered anyways bc of the cost. I requested an HD-DVR and 2 HD devices... Technology arrived and that I ensured these were the HD devices, he said yes. 30 days later I relocate plus they are NOT HD. I contact plus they DO-NOTHING for me personally but state I ought to have examined using the technology, and today I have to purchase each container and they'll credit my bill... TERRIBLE Customer Support. Garbage. I shouldn't need to purchase their error! I'd stop if it weren't $400.00.
