(second-time they update since I have been having directv).. They have once more all messed up my program. I've named once more Support Dept., plus they just factor that it would appear that they've been however to complete. Is apologize! That will be BS. I work-in Customer Support and that I don't apologize. I accomplish things. Therefore the 2nd put up is all messed up. They cannot do something. Lost programing going back 4 weeks I've been documenting. All I get " I am sorry " nicely Directv am sorry you pull! Your updates are in fact pitfalls. And here goes another client suggesting were to proceed... When you have to complete an update, be sure you understand what they're doing. Or you'll wind up like me. CANCELING out!
