In December after spending ultimate statement with comcast they proceded to deliver a statement to selections to get a device I possessed purchased at Bestbuy. They never approached me over this. Alternatively I then found out from the libraries company telephone call. Upon calling comcast they ultimately backed down when proven proof and guaranteed problem could be set. After 4 telephones for them over 8 weeks Im still being hounded by selections and comcast refusesto repair the problem they triggered.
