Okay, so i said I'd keep you informed of any changes in my service... No changes... It still doesn't work! Todd in San Antonio, a manager says he is going to stick with me until we get resolution on the problem. Always an outside problem... Everytime i call we go through the same insane routine.inside guy, outside guy, works for 2 hours, goes down again. My husband is a doctor and he can't even come home and do some of his patient write up in our home because he can't rely on having internet to receive his patient files. I hate that att is breaking up my marriage!!! I have been nice in the past. Even patient. Now, 2 weeks and i am going to beg dish to take me back. How sick is that. I was with dish for 8 years, i left them only because they would not give me updated box... Now, i think that is not such a big thing. Att would be wonderful if it worked. But it does not. It sucks to be quite honest. It is depressing knowing it is going to go out. Missed american idol last night, missed glen beck, missed a bunch of stuff. Hope "TODD" in San Antonio actually can get someone to take responsibilty. I usually get the run around. Tier one to tier two to tier one... Seriously. Sickening. If my husband treated even one patient like this he'd be out of practice for good. Maybe the government has taken over att also...??? It sure is working about like a government no service agency??? Hate losing my internet every day!!! Got service installed in october 09... Has been a pain in the tush ever since. Just say NO to attuverse with internet bundle... Thank God I took my phone off after the first two months of problems. Phone has been fine ever since.
