When things work like they should I don't rave about them. But when they do work I like to say that. Transferred service from home phone internet (ATT bundle) to ATTUverse (ph/net/tv) when I moved about 5 miles. No problem in initial Customer Service to set up transfer, understand costs, anything.installation went smooth, everything worked like it should, and even a couple of times I had to call CS when I moved stuff around the house worked great.
It may be more money than I want to pay... But no complaints about the service. I appreciate all the ATT employees that assisted me. No I don't work for them... I'm in mortgage banking in SoCal.
