Their rep made the mistake and I have to pay for it

While their specialist place in an HD radio, he included the HD service, but DIDN'T remove the low-HD service. We didn't protest the statement since we believed we required two devices - one for that HD tv plus one for that low-hd-tv. Whenever we improved another television to HD, I requested once the statement might drop and was informed FROM THE SPECIALIST that I had been being overbilled and also to contact the organization. PROPERLY 5 telephone calls later, I had been accidentily informed they had refused my state. Calling payment challenge was by SNAIL-MAIL ONLY. No telephone number. They named me and stated essentially - also negative concerning the $1,000 overbill. I'm likely to small-claims judge to prosecute for that cash since THEIR repetition created the error and that I need to purchase it. Sly payment!!! Additionally, it required 2 telephone calls to obtain a container to come back the gear their representative explained to DISCARD! Easily hadn't procrastinated about tossing out the garbage, I'd be another $425 within the pit for them. Terrible customer support.
