I had to switch to direct path because it was the only thing my apartment offered, a representative came out to our apartment complex to take our orders and the lady who took my order got my order wrong, i called to fix it and they wanted me to pay $250 for a DVR, for there people ordering my stuff wrong. They are now investigating whether i am telling the truth about someone coming out to my apartment to take my order said it would take 3-5 business days... Its been 2 weeks and still the "investigation" has not been completed. I asked for a movie package which also wasnt ordered, when i called to order it they said it would be available within 24 hrs, waited 24 hrs still no movie package available, called back they said it had not been ordered so they ordered it for me and it would be available in 24 hrs... And again no movie package it took 5 times calling them that i finally asked for a supervisor who got it done. Basically this company has a bunch of employees who dont know what they are doing and they dont care about you as a customer. They dont get anything done in a timely manner. I dont reccomend them to anyone.
