I've a horsepower PL4260N Plasma TV. From the orange, Television doesn't have Image recently, but has audio 12/19. I called horsepower. They said okay disconnect anything. Now push power-button, count to 20, plug just the cord back on, observe something, I stated "NO". It did not work. They said okay next we are able to repair your Television, however, you need to spend $600 & if directly after we repair it, if it fails, we still maintain 50% of the cost. WHOA! It was surprising in my experience once they stated that. Well it appears as though they're stating we would like your cash regardless of what. We don't care. I do want to place in a about that & desire to be area of the suit. Our Television is just 24 months old. The Corporation has offered others & myself a DEFECTIVE ITEM. As large as they're, they must be more respectful towards their great clients particular whenever we all purchased this Television for over $1200.00. This can be a large amount of change for several people. I do want to talk out for others about that. This isn't an effective method to do honest company. For this reason their faithful clients won't actually purchase their items again & actually spread phrases to others to not aswell because of their insufficient customer support to almost all their customers. I'll not spend them-this amount of cash easily understood this is actually the type of therapy all of US have obtained. PHONY THERAPY that's! If anybody has any suggestions about repairing this Television which now's just resting in my own family room looking at me & it is about the holiday season, my loved ones is likely to be below, & no Television since I've no additional resources open to spend to repair this-not understanding HP products are defective at 24 months particularly a LCD TV. I'm really upset about that!!!
