Direct TV may be the toughest organization I've actually handled. I registered for that "insurance policy" a recipient goes poor, we deliver it back, no issues right.incorrect. I contact to determine when our agreement is up, they inform me it has been expanded since I delivered the poor recipient back. I proceeded to inform them that I closed nothing, or study nothing declaring that my agreement could be expanded if there items were defective. I had been informed that it had been our problem since we ruined our recipient. I inquired what day we named to help make the criticism concerning the receiver, 9-12, they say, what day did the factory analyze the "broken" receiver, 9-12 they say, incredible they analyzed it psychically and unearthed that I'd damaged it. Then they mentioned that it was about the back of the job order that I'd authorized once they originally mounted when I delivered it back it'd increase my agreement and it was my very own problem since I did not read it. I mentioned I needed a duplicate of the authorized work-order, I had been informed it had been to become shipped instantly. Goodbyeis were mentioned. I subsequently went looking for the job purchase, I came across it and reduced and see the back was empty, and so I called them back. Wowzers, there is a large error and since the recipient was rented also it was traded to get a rented one, the agreement must have never been expanded. They did drive the agreement back again to the initial time. Poor, bad, bad direct tv.
