I never have good reception, sound is garbled or non existent on some channels. They always say they will send someone within a week, no one has ever come in the six times they scheduled. Even though all (over 100 units) have the same problem, they insist they have to check my equipment to make sure it is not the cause. All you ever hear is "sorry for the inconvenience". Worst company ever!!!
