I"m spending allmost 170 $ each month for AT&T UVERSE link. And because the starting this support can't provide correct closed-captioned function. I called em often. They explained concerning the bullshits like;
The issue is likely to be resolved in 15 times,
It's the neighborhood issue plus they are focusing on it, bla bla bla. (It Is rest, bcause they've exactly the same issue for all area)
And I noticed that, the corporation (AT&T) got a caution in the FTC, about THEIR CLOSED CAPTIONING DISABILTIES.
But sadly, about the other-hand, they got a period till 2011 to resolve this issue. This is the cause that they're therefore cozy and relax about to not resolve the issue. I believe that they're hiding behind of the duratrion.
I called them nowadays and noticed lots of bullshits. Lastly, I advised to account mng that, to resolve this issue, or provide me a discount due to their absence support, or I'd stop the agreement. And that I got 20 $ discount monthly, for just closed-captioned issue.
Pls do that. I am sure, they could not provide this function for you personally, where-ever you reside. This the only path to create the corporation be regard their clients.
