After getting inundated with snail-mail AT&T Uverse statements, I deciced to obtain Uvrese. I named and was informed it had been open to me and that I sent a consultation. Following a couple weeks, my visit came up. I got the morning off-work, dropped my morning pay and had the contractors appear. After about an hour or so, the contractors explained they couldn't obtain a sign and needed to call-in another group. Therefore, I waited another 2 hours to get a 2nd group to exhibit up - plus they explained that it had been not availale in my own region which there wasn't singal there.
I lost a half-day pay along with a large amount of disappointment and not got it mounted. Along with that, the Next team explained that this occurs most of the time. Hello at&t - why cannot you be in advance with people before you create a commitment you-can't maintain???
