DirecTV is terrible. Simply put. I'm on hold right now and have been waiting for a supervisor - I've been on hold for over 25 minutes!!! They are trying to charge me a relocation fee even though it was the installers fault! This is my second call - the first time was a few days ago. Was transferred to multiple people and then hung up on while on hold. Another 20 minutes down the drain! I have three other negative stories I could tell and my disgust is warranted on each and every one, I promise you that. Please, don't order DirecTV, they're terrible.
