We signed up for AT&T uverse on may 9 in the riverside store... We were promised a$250rebate in six weeks for signing as a new customer and for taking the fullpackage of TV (U450); highspeed internet and phone service... We received a rebate from at&t for 75.00. We went to the store to inquire about it. The associate said he was unable to access our account but eventually did... He said he had never heard of such a rebate and was "unable" to reach the manager. He promised to call us or have the manager call us, which of coursenever happened. We are actually happy with the product, except for one glitch one day where service was down we are very impressed. Our comment is that we should not have been lied to or promised a nonexistant rebate. Just present the product honestly, there should be no reason to con people if you already have a good product.
