After I registered for Direct TV, it had been for My Father who existed next door from me and myself. I had been not made conscious of any agreement concerned. Had I been advised of it I'd not have registered for My Father. I'd been informed in March 08 he just had a couple of months to reside. Died Good Friday this season. The repetition persuaded me to place the balances on my charge card since My Father did not have any cr cards. And so I did. While My Father handed, I named to stop. No reference to termination charge was available. Then I look for a 384.72 cost on my charge card. Was advised to deliver notice of challenge and backup of death certification, that we did.in the beginning it had been refused then my cr card business got concerned and Immediate stated it'd be studied under evaluation. I had been informed by three distinct repetitions the charge have been terminated. Subsequently, last nite 6/17/09 the charge was starting selections. I used two hours about the telephone together. One-rep stated it might be terminated after which I had been used in the department that may manage it, plus they declined. I had been informed that I can not contact the organization workplace challenge department different then by email. They do not take calls. Exactly what a shock. I settled last nite online since I'm not allowing this low-life organization damage my credit. I also requested to stop the insurance that I had been spoken directly into but was informed there is a termination charge for that. The ins is just a chuckle. After I required support, the girl about the telephone attempted to 'speak me thru a fix'. After one hour 5 I believed to send somebody out. I've the ins and that Iam not really a technology. She stated they 'did not prefer to do this'. Lastly, after two times, got a technology out and discovered the container was faulty. Am looking for a method to reach corporate workplace without needing the email.
