NPG Wire may be the WORSE organization I've ever endured to cope with
I'm calling them nearly daily because of not having the ability to rent movies
And being told various tales. I will go ahead and on about that organization.
I've actually spoken towards the regional wire Supervisor to just get many
Various tales from her! Within the last 2 weeks I've been calling the
Organization nearly on the daily schedule, within the last 3 weeks I've had 3 specialists emerge to repair my cable package simply to be informed the issue is at work not below, however they simply keep moving the dollar. Today I woke up-to discover my cable package no longer working AGAIN! Do I keep calling them?
I've requested for that Local Office telephone number but haven't
Been providing it, alternatively they state, "effectively lets see, I will repair that for you personally, " RIGHT!!! I'm going to feel the BBB and find out when they may do anything, (atleast to provide a heads-up to people how the corporation works) there has been several grievances submitted together previously.
Any ideas individuals, do I keep worrying them how they bother me?
Do I keep calling the Supervisor? Do I contact the primary office?
I don't recommend this cable company at-all!
